OpmerkingenI have watched many meteor showers, and seen superb white fireballs during them, but this was hands down the most impressive meteor I have seen. It was not the brightest, but was the liveliest and most energetic.

OpmerkingenI expected to hear a bang as it was sparking as it traveled North to South over our campsite - it resembled a ticket in terms of the flight and fragmentation, but continued across the sky for up to 10 seconds before disappearing behind the tree line. It did not get brighter or dimmer, but remained steady and obviously sparked as it flew.
